Glean is seeking a Product Enablement Manager to sit at the intersection of Product, Product Marketing, and GTM Enablement. You’ll translate launches, roadmaps, and complex capabilities into clear narratives, workflows, and trainings that drive adoption and revenue across the GTM organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS go-to-market roles with product ownership and field interaction.
• Ability to translate complex product concepts into simple narratives and training.
• Familiarity with value-based sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC) and proof points.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to design curricula and labs.
• Strong project management and ability to juggle multiple launches.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM-facing layer of product enablement and develop field guidance.
• Build a scalable enablement program covering launches and core foundations.
• Design and deliver high-impact enablement sessions with practice and demos.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Support to ensure launch readiness.
• Embed product learning into onboarding, certifications, and deal coaching.
• Develop AI-first launch briefs and role-based readiness signals.
• Create just-in-time coaching surfaces using AI and agents.
