Job summary

F5 is seeking a seasoned Instructional Designer to craft high-impact enablement content for a fast-paced B2B SaaS sales environment. You will design multi-modal assets, scripts, and enablement kits, leveraging AI to accelerate content delivery.

You will partner with Worldwide Field Enablement, Sales Leadership, and Product Marketing to ensure learning aligns with strategic priorities, tracks impact, and delivers measurable results.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Instructional Design, Sales Enablement, or a related field (B2B SaaS preferred).
• Knowledge of adult learning theories (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy) and Kirkpatrick Levels of Evaluation (3 & 4).
• AI tools integration experience (e.g., Google Gemini) to boost efficiency.
• Experience with modern Sales Enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot) and rapid authoring tools (Articulate 360, Camtasia).
• Strong ability to translate complex content into compelling sales narratives.

Responsibilities

• Develop Multi-Modal Assets: Create engaging learning assets (microlearning, scenarios, video scripts, pitch decks, enablement kits).
• Supercharge Content Creation with AI (Gemini) to outline, synthesize docs, and tailor scenarios for buyer personas and sales stages.
• Align with Business Goals by collaborating with Worldwide Field Enablement, Sales Leadership, Product Marketing and others; provide actionable insights.
• Maintain Instructional Integrity by applying adult learning principles and ensuring AI content is accurate and engaging.
• Iterate and Optimize by applying data-driven metrics to evaluate learning programs and adapt content to evolving sales needs.
