Qualifications

• 6+ years in Instructional Design, Sales Enablement, or related field
• Experience with adult learning frameworks (ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy) and measuring impact (Kirkpatrick Level 3/4)
• AI tools like Google Gemini integrated into workflow
• Experience with modern enablement platforms (Highspot) and rapid authoring tools (Articulate 360, Camtasia)
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong written and verbal communication translating complex material into sales narratives

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-modal learning assets (microlearning, coaching scenarios, video scripts, enablement kits) linked to sales performance
• Use Google Gemini to draft outlines, synthesize product docs, and tailor content to buyer personas
• Collaborate with Worldwide Field Enablement, Sales Leadership, and Product Marketing to align learning with business priorities
• Maintain instructional integrity by applying learning theories and validating AI-generated content
• Implement metrics and reporting to continuously evaluate learning programs and adjust content
