F5 Networks, Inc. is seeking a Go-to-Market Readiness Content Design Partner to shape how our global sales org learns, adapts, and wins.

You will blend adult-learning principles with AI capabilities (Google Gemini) to accelerate ideation, drafting, and localization of content for modular learning, microlearning, roleplays, and battlecards. You will design multi-modal assets, rapidly draft outlines with Gemini, and tailor scenarios for different buyer personas and stages of the sale lifecycle,

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Instructional Design, Sales Enablement, or a related field.
• AI tools like Google Gemini integrated into workflow to increase efficiency.
• Experience with modern Sales Enablement platforms (Highspot) and rapid authoring tools (Articulate 360, Camtasia).
• Ability to translate dense technical information into compelling sales narratives.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver multi-modal learning assets (microlearning, coaching scenarios, video scripts, enablement kits) aligned to sales performance and revenue growth.
• Leverage Google Gemini to draft outlines, synthesize product docs, and personalize scenarios for buyer personas and sales stages.
• Collaborate with Worldwide Field Enablement, Sales Leadership, and Product Marketing to identify knowledge gaps and align with business priorities.
• Provide strategic insights to senior leadership based on sales performance data and feedback from the sales team.
• Ensure instructional integrity by applying adult learning theories and validating AI-generated content for accuracy and engagement.
• Implement metrics and reporting to evaluate learning program effectiveness and adapt content to evolving sales needs.
