Job summary

Glean, a hybrid work‑friendly partner, is seeking a Product Enablement Manager in Nashville to bridge Product, Marketing, and GTM efforts. You will craft clear, actionable narratives, workflows, and trainings that drive adoption and revenue impact across the go‑to‑market organization and shape AI‑first enablement vision.

You will build scalable enablement programs, design sessions with demos and real customer scenarios, and partner across teams to ensure launch readiness and successful field

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS go-to-market roles such as product enablement, sales enablement, product marketing, or similar roles.
• Proven ability to translate complex AI/product concepts into simple narratives and trainings used in the field.
• Strong familiarity with value-based sales methodologies and alignments to business outcomes.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to design curricula, lab-like exercises, or agent-assisted certifications.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM-facing layer of product enablement and translate release notes into field guidance.
• Build and maintain a scalable enablement program for GTM teams across launches and product foundations.
• Design and deliver high-impact enablement sessions with demos and real customer scenarios.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Enablement to ensure launch readiness for Tier 1/2 releases.
• Embed product learning into onboarding, certifications, and deal coaching.
• Design an AI-first launch-to-enable loop with structured briefs and in-flow practice.
• Collaborate on AI-powered enablement surfaces delivering just-in-time coaching.
• Champion an AI-first enablement system with MVPs and field feedback loops.
