Job summary

Glean is seeking a Product Enablement Manager to bridge Product, Marketing, and GTM teams. You will turn launches and complex product capabilities into clear narratives, workflows, and trainings that drive adoption and revenue across GTM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS go-to-market roles such as product enablement or sales/revenue enablement.
• Proven ability to translate complex or AI-heavy product concepts into simple narratives and trainings.
• Strong familiarity with value-based sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC/MEDDPICC).
• Solid understanding of AI products at a conceptual level and curiosity about Work AI in selling workflows.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to design curricula, labs, self-serve Q&A, or agent-assisted certifications.
• Strong project and program management skills to juggle launches, stakeholders, and content streams.
• Comfortable operating in high-change environments and turning trainings into durable enablement loops.
• Think in terms of loops, signals, and workflows, not just events.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM-facing layer of product enablement, translating release notes and specs into field guidance.
• Build and maintain a scalable product enablement program for GTM teams.
• Design and deliver high-impact enablement sessions with real customer use cases.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Enablement to ensure launch readiness and effective talk tracks.
• Embed product learning into onboarding, certifications, and deal coaching programs.
• Define AI-first enablement loops to turn release notes into structured briefs and in-flow practice.
