Job summary

OpenArt AI is seeking a hands-on, full-cycle Recruiter to own hiring from sourcing through offer close. You’ll proactively identify great candidates, conduct screens, manage interview pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to move fast in a growth environment.

You’ll leverage AI and modern recruiting tools to make sourcing smarter and more scalable, building strong candidate relationships and closing top talent for a fast-paced company.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, executive search, or agency recruiting.
• Strong outbound sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills.
• Experience managing candidates through the full recruiting process.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple roles and moving quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly proactive, independent, and results-oriented.
• Interested in using AI and new recruiting tools to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing, screening, and interviews through offer negotiation and closing.
• Build strong outbound pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, talent mapping, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct recruiter screens and assess candidate experience, motivation, communication, and overall fit.
• Manage candidate pipelines, interview timelines, feedback, and next steps in the ATS.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to calibrate profiles, prioritize hiring needs, and keep processes moving.
• Use AI and automation to improve sourcing, outreach, candidate research, and recruiting efficiency.
• Build strong candidate relationships and help drive competitive offers to close.
