Job summary

WITHIN is seeking a Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will partner with hiring managers to define needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from outreach through onboarding.

You will leverage AI tools to improve sourcing, market research, and process efficiency while maintaining high standards of quality and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience recruiting for marketing, digital marketing, creative, product, or technology roles is preferred.
• Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Workspace, and other recruiting technologies.
• Strong AI user with experience using tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers while maintaining confidentiality.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments from intake to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Source and engage top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct recruiter screens to assess experience, qualifications, and fit.
• Guide candidates through interviews and onboarding with a great candidate experience.
• Coordinate interviews and communication among candidates, managers, and panels.
• Maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Track recruiting data in the ATS and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Leverage AI tools to improve sourcing, outreach, and market research.
• Research sourcing platforms and market trends to improve outcomes.
