Job summary

OpenArt AI in the United States is seeking a hands-on, full-cycle Technical Recruiter to own the hiring process from sourcing through offer close. You will identify top talent, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and partner with hiring managers to move roles quickly and effectively.

You'll leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and AI-powered tools to build pipelines, enhance candidate experience, and drive competitive offers.

• Manage candidate pipelines, interview timelines, feedback, and next steps in the ATS.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to calibrate profiles, prioritize hiring needs, and keep processes moving.
• Use AI and automation to improve sourcing, outreach, candidate research, and recruiting efficiency.
• Build strong candidate relationships and help drive competitive offers to close.

The Role

We're looking for a hands-on, full-cycle Recruiter to own hiring from sourcing through offer close.

You'll proactively identify and engage great candidates, conduct recruiter screens, manage interview pipelines, partner closely with hiring managers, and help close offers.

You'll also leverage AI and modern recruiting tools to make sourcing and recruiting faster, smarter, and more scalable.
