The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a full-cycle technical recruiter in high-growth environments. Success in this role requires strong stakeholder management skills, creative AI-augmented sourcing strategies, and the ability to deliver high-quality hires in a fast-paced startup setting. Beyond the expected; this role requires both a superior level of operational wizardry; and a mastery of storytelling, steeped in a comprehensive understanding of the AI market and technology landscape. You won't just keep pace with how AI is reshaping recruiting, you'll be the one putting those tools to work, using them to find signals others miss and to move faster than the market.

Compensation Range: $165K - $200K
