Job summary

OpenArt is a fast-growing AI creative platform and is seeking a hands-on Technical Recruiter to own hiring from sourcing through offer close. You will proactively identify candidates, conduct screens, manage interview pipelines, and help close offers with a focus on AI-driven recruitment tools.

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, executive search, or agency recruiting.
• Strong outbound sourcing and passive candidate engagement.
• Experience managing candidates through the full recruiting process.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing, screening, and interviews through offer negotiation and closing.
• Build strong outbound pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, talent mapping, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct recruiter screens and assess candidate experience, motivation, communication, and overall fit.
• Manage candidate pipelines, interview timelines, feedback, and next steps in the ATS.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to calibrate profiles, prioritize hiring needs, and keep processes moving.
• Use AI and automation to improve sourcing, outreach, candidate research, and recruiting efficiency.
• Build strong candidate relationships and help drive competitive offers to close.
