Job summary

Assist World, a US-based software company, is hiring a full-time sales and appointment setting specialist to drive outbound outreach, manage the CRM, and book qualified meetings for the co-founder to take to close.

Remote role requiring 3–4+ years in B2B sales, fluency with HubSpot or a similar CRM, and strong English communication. You will leverage AI tools to accelerate outreach and CRM data entry, while meeting daily activity targets.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years in B2B sales, appointment setting or SDR/BDR roles.
• Must-have: fluency with HubSpot or another CRM (top-tier user).
• Comfortable using AI tools to speed up outreach and data entry.
• Strong spoken and written English communication.
• Self-driven, resourceful, and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Run outbound sales outreach and book meetings/demos with target B2B enterprise prospects (event managers).
• Manage and maintain the CRM (HubSpot or equivalent), keeping records, pipeline stages, and follow-ups current.
• Use AI-assisted sales tools to speed up outreach and CRM data entry.
• Hit a minimum activity target of 30+ outbound calls/touches per day.
• Deliver a minimum of 10 booked appointments/demos per month.
• Source leads and join weekly team meetings, with flexibility for time-zone differences.
