Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is hiring a full-time sales and appointment-setting specialist to drive outbound outreach, manage CRM, and book qualified meetings for the co-founder to close deals. The role focuses on 30+ daily touches and 10+ monthly booked demos, with strong emphasis on AI-assisted efficiency.

The position is 100% remote, with compensation bonuses like a $50 birthday bonus and a $200 testimonial bonus, and no tracker policies, supporting global collaboration across time zones

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of experience in B2B sales, appointment setting, or SDR/BDR roles.
• Must-have: strong, hands-on fluency in HubSpot (or another CRM) for top-tier usage.
• Comfortable with AI tools to speed up outreach and data entry (AI-assisted form filling).
• Experience with sales enrichment, GTM, or buyer-intent/signal software is a plus.
• Strong spoken and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Run outbound sales outreach and follow-ups to book meetings/demos with target B2B enterprise prospects.
• Manage and maintain the CRM (HubSpot or equivalent), keeping records and pipeline stages current.
• Use AI-assisted sales tools to speed up outreach and CRM data entry.
• Hit a minimum activity target of 30+ outbound calls/touches per day.
• Deliver a minimum of 10 booked appointments/demos per month.
• Work from provided lead lists and CRM data, plus proactive sourcing.
