Job summary

the company seeks a Customer Solutions Consultant to support activation, growth, and retention of SMB and MME customers. You will ensure customers derive value from our platform and services, with a focus on self-service capabilities.

You will manage a scaled book of business, drive relationship value through proactive and reactive engagement, and collaborate cross-functionally to surface insights and improve products and marketing.

Qualifications

2+ years of Customer Success, strategy, management, implementation, or technology consulting in a scaled CS model.
Working knowledge of APIs and SaaS platforms (e.g. Shopify, Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot).
Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders; experience with senior stakeholders is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide customer success and support to SMB and MME customers through resolving inquiries and ensuring value realization of the platform.
Leverage internal tools, using AI and automation to surface actionable insights at scale.
Design and execute automated and human-touch strategies that drive revenue and retention.
Collaborate across Professional Services, Customer Solutions, Sales, Revenue Operations, Data Analytics, Product, and Marketing to align resources and drive goals.
