Humanly, headquartered in Bellevue, WA, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of SMB accounts. You will build trusted relationships with recruiters and executives, drive product adoption, and ensure measurable outcomes.

The role sits on the Customer Success team, collaborating with Product, Support, Implementation, and Growth to shape processes, playbooks, and engagement best practices while guiding customers to value quickly.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer-facing experience or equivalent.
• Experience supporting customers or stakeholders and driving outcomes.
• Interest in recruiting or HR tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of SMB accounts and be the primary contact for customers.
• Build trusted relationships with recruiters, leaders, operations, and executives.
• Lead regular business reviews and strategic planning discussions.
• Advocate for customer needs across Product, Support, Engineering, and Revenue teams.
• Drive adoption and utilization of Humanly’s products across organizations.
• Monitor health, identify risks and opportunities, and provide proactive guidance.
• Deliver training and enablement to ensure long-term success.
• Prepare and deliver QBRs and executive presentations.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities with the Growth team.
• Support renewals and expansion efforts.
