Job summary

ChurnZero, the AI-powered customer success platform, seeks an AI Solutions Consultant to diagnose customer needs, quantify outcomes, and present ROI-backed recommendations across our AI portfolio. You will partner with CSMs, Marketing, Enablement, and Product to surface opportunities, build tailored proposals, and hand off to the CS team for closure while shaping how AI adds value for customers.

Qualifications

3+ years in a consultative, customer-facing role such as customer success or solutions engineering.
Experience with CSPs (prefer ChurnZero) and CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot).
Trained in or fluent with the Sandler sales methodology.
Strong discovery skills and confident product demos.
Proven track record of delivering growth and qualifying pipeline.
Ability to translate AI capabilities into clear business value.

Responsibilities

Partner with Marketing and CSMs to surface high-potential accounts and turn interest into qualified opportunities.
Lead discovery to quantify customer pain, priorities, and outcomes.
Match solutions across our portfolio — AI, Professional Services, and Reseller — and demo ROI-backed value.
Build tailored proposals with a compelling business case.
Package qualified opportunities for the CSM to close with a seamless handoff.
Provide market and customer insights to Marketing and Product for go-to-market.
