Responsibilities

• Drive advancements in content strategy, development, and optimization through AI and human expertise.
• Define how content strategy should evolve as customers engage with AI-powered experiences.
• Partner with Digital, SEO, Marketing Strategy, Social, Analytics to connect strategy with experiences.
• Help shape how content and product experiences work together to create seamless journeys.
• Modernize content planning, creation, optimization, distribution, and measurement using AI-enabled workflows.
• Develop scalable frameworks, playbooks, templates, and modular content approaches for AI in marketing.
• Shape the organization's approach to content marketing in an AI-driven environment and scale best practices.
• Connect AI-related content efforts across lines of business and share learnings for consistency.
• See around corners and translate insights into actionable content strategies for CMCOE.
• Use data and AI-enabled analysis to understand performance and improve engagement.
