Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in content marketing.
• Strong content strategist with experience translating business objectives into programs.
• Practical experience applying AI and LLMs to content planning, creation and workflow improvement.
• Experience using data and performance metrics to inform strategy and drive outcomes.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct work across the team and deliver the overall marketing strategy for a portfolio of programs/products/processes.
• Identify risks, track budgets and scope, and deploy required resources.
• Partner with Digital, SEO, Marketing Strategy, Social, Analytics to connect content strategy with broader experiences.
• Shape content and product experiences to create seamless customer journeys.
