Leadout Capital is seeking an Account Executive for theAgentforce Specialist selling team to drive revenue with mid-market and commercial customers partnering with Salesforce.

You will source, qualify, and close opportunities, lead technical discovery, and translate AI capabilities into business value for both technical and business buyers while collaborating with Salesforce teams for a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in mid-market or commercial B2B technical sales.
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML concepts and configuring agents.
• Experience selling AI-driven customer engagement on Salesforce platform.
• Ability to translate AI solutions into business value for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Salesforce Sales team to source, qualify, and close Agentforce opportunities across current and new customers.
• Lead discovery conversations to uncover customer needs and articulate AI capabilities and business outcomes.
• Craft and present Points of View linking Agentforce capabilities to business value for technical and business decision-makers.
• Collaborate across cross-functional Salesforce teams to deliver a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.
