Qualifications

• 3+ years of full cycle, field-based sales experience.
• Proven track record of managing customer accounts to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Ability to build and deliver compelling presentations to customers and C-suite stakeholders.
• Ability to strategize and collaborate effectively with a large, extended team.

Responsibilities

• Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive satisfaction at assigned accounts.
• Coordinate internal Salesforce resources and perform account planning with Prime and Cloud sales teams.
• Drive growth within existing accounts and develop new opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting.
• Share the Salesforce value proposition and help customers realize value from Salesforce investments.
