Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Technical Customer Success Representative in Raleigh, NC. This onsite role is open to remote candidates within the Central or Eastern Time Zones.

You will guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success with our AI-enabled platform. You will perform outbound calls and virtual meetings, provide consultative support during integrations, and train customers on best practices to maximize value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years in customer success, technical support, customer care, or client services.
• Understanding of cloud vs on-prem environments and networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and conduct virtual meetings with customers during onboarding.
• Provide consultative support during AI platform integrations and deployments.
• Assist customers with basic technical concepts including IP addresses, domain names, and cloud infrastructure.
• Identify customer challenges and coordinate resolutions with technical teams.
• Deliver training and best practices to maximize customer value.
• Track customer interactions, implementation milestones, and support activities.
