Piper Companies is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to help clients onboard, adopt, and successfully integrate an AI-powered platform from Raleigh, NC. This onsite role also offers remote work within central or eastern time zones.

The specialist will lead onboarding calls, guide implementations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure client success. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer-facing roles, strong communication, and comfort with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer success, support, account management, or related role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Technical aptitude with cloud vs on-prem environments, IP addresses, and domains.
• Experience conducting customer-facing calls and virtual presentations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and virtual meetings to support onboarding and adoption.
• Guide customers through AI platform implementations and answer integration questions.
• Provide customer support via phone, email, and video conferencing.
• Educate clients on networking concepts including cloud environments, domains, and IPs.
• Partner with internal technical teams to resolve issues and ensure success.
• Maintain detailed customer records in CRM platforms.
