Qualifications

• Knowledge of IP addressing, DNS, domain registration, and related concepts.
• Excellent phone communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation and onboarding.
• Conduct high-volume outbound and scheduled customer calls to ensure successful platform deployment.
• Assist clients with technical questions related to networking fundamentals and cloud technologies.
• Track customer milestones, adoption of metrics, and implementation progress.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to improve the overall customer experience.
• Provide proactive recommendations that increase customer satisfaction and platform utilization.
