The coordinator will manage onboarding, training, and adoption, while interfacing with implementation, support, and sales teams to ensure timelines and customer satisfaction in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer success, onboarding, or similar roles.
• Ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of cloud and on-premises environments.
• Familiarity with IP addresses, networking concepts, and domain names.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities for new customers implementing the AI platform.
• Conduct customer outreach calls to assist with setup, training, and adoption.
• Answer questions related to cloud deployments, data connectivity, and networking fundamentals.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address concerns.
• Work cross-functionally with implementation, support, and sales teams.
• Maintain accurate customer documentation and timelines.
