Responsibilities of the AI Platform Customer Success Coordinator Include:

• Coordinate onboarding activities for new customers implementing an AI platform.
• Conduct customer outreach calls to assist with setup, training, and adoption.
• Answer customer questions relating to cloud deployments, data connectivity, and networking fundamentals.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address concerns proactively.
• Work cross-functionally with implementation, support, and sales teams.
• Maintain accurate customer documentation and implementation timelines.

Qualifications for the AI Platform Customer Success Coordinator Include:

• 2+ years of customer success, account coordination, customer support, or onboarding experience.
• Ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of cloud and on-premises technology environments.
• Familiarity with IP addresses, networking concepts, and domain names.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Compensation for the AI Platform Customer Success Coordinator Includes:

• $20-$35 per hour
• Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays
