DocuSign is seeking a Sr. Product Marketing Manager for AI Positioning to own Iris messaging, differentiation, and GTM narratives across sales and marketing. You will be the AI messaging authority, partnering with Product, Legal, Sales, and Field Marketing to ensure a unified platform story for launches and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience using AI in daily workflows.
• Experience translating complex AI concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Ability to drive projects from concept to completion with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Own, regularly update, and maintain Iris positioning and core narrative BOM across teams.
• Review AI-related launches for narrative consistency and updates to Iris story.
• Own AI trust positioning and governance messaging with Legal for enterprise confidence.
• Articulate why DocuSign Iris wins and how it complements other AI tools.
• Enable field and cross-functional teams on Iris capabilities and IAM differentiation.
• Contribute to high-impact programs like analyst relations and executive briefings.
