Job summary

DocuSign is seeking a Sr. Product Marketing Manager for AI Positioning to own the strategic messaging and GTM narrative for the Iris AI engine. You will partner with Product, Sales, Legal, and Field Marketing to build a scalable messaging infrastructure that drives enterprise adoption and competitive differentiation.

The role reports to the Director, Product Marketing and requires a strong track record of translating complex AI concepts into clear, compelling content for non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product marketing experience in the B2B SaaS space
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Experience using AI as an integral part of how you work
• Experience with AI, agentic workflows, and enterprise software—translating complex concepts into clear narratives
• Experience driving projects from concept to completion with minimal direction

Responsibilities

• Own, regularly update, and maintain the holistic positioning and core narrative for Docusign Iris
• Review all AI-related product launches for narrative consistency
• Own AI trust positioning and customer communication with Legal
• Articulate why Docusign's AI wins over alternatives
• Enable field and cross-functional teams on AI market landscape and Iris capabilities
• Contribute to high-impact programs packaging Iris and IAM narratives for analysts and executive briefings
