The WPP l Ford Team is seeking an execution-focused Platform Administrator to support WPP Open for Ford. You will own identity management, RBAC, and first-line support across global operating companies, ensuring secure and organized environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in system administration, IT operations, or technical help desk.
• Solid grasp of RBAC, SSO, and security fundamentals.
• Comfort with ticketing systems and collaboration hubs.
• Strong communication to support non-technical users.
• Methodical, checklist-driven approach to documentation and audits.

Responsibilities

• Identity Management: regional lead for platform identity and audits.
• Access Control: define and govern WPP Open User Groups and permissions.
• Level 1 Help Desk: first point of contact for AI Agents and tools.
• Hub Maintenance: configure and modify workspaces and integrations.
• Data Maintenance & Cleanup: routine hygiene tasks and escalation when needed.
