Job summary

Ford is seeking a Customer Identity Platform Engineer to contribute to the engineering, development, and 24/7 support of identity management solutions on Azure AD B2C. You will collaborate with multiple Ford teams to ensure secure, premium customer experiences and align with Ford security and IAM standards.

The role requires a continuous improvement mindset, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work across time zones on a complex enterprise platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3–5 years applying IAM concepts, MFA, and conditional access.
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise IAM solutions.
• Ability to work with globally dispersed teams and manage ambiguity.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with Azure AD B2C and related Azure services.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to design, engineer, deploy, and support new Azure AD B2C features meeting Ford security, architecture, and IAM standards.
• Support tactical and strategic IAM solutions, including analysis, design, and implementation to improve security posture.
• Contribute to IAM strategies and roadmaps.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and monitoring/alerting systems.
• Provide day-to-day operations for requests, incidents, and problems.
• Create and maintain technical documentation (architecture diagrams, API docs, coding standards, onboarding tips).
• Use Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software on time and budget.
• Automate deployment and testing via modern delivery pipelines.
• Maintain Ford custom policies in Identity Experience Framework and UI updates per design specs.
• Write clean, maintainable code in C#, .NET Core, integrating with Azure Graph APIs.
