Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Head of Identity and Access Management, the role begins as a strategic individual contributor with broad enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Eng, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience designing, building, or leading enterprise-scale IAM platforms.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD, and Google Cloud IAM.
• Expertise across IAM disciplines: IGA, CIAM, PAM, Authentication, Federation, Workload/Agent Identity, Access Management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Ford's enterprise IAM strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Drive Zero Trust adoption across workforce, dealer, supplier, customer, workload, and AI agent ecosystems.
• Lead modernization of Ford's identity platforms using cloud-native architectures and platform engineering practices.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor engineers, and communicate strategy to executives.
