Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks an Identity Platform Engineering Manager to define and drive Ford's digital trust across a global ecosystem. You will shape strategy, engineering, and operations of the IAM platform for employees, dealers, suppliers, customers, workloads, and AI agents.

This role starts as a strategic individual contributor with broad enterprise influence and the expectation to build a global platform engineering team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years designing or leading enterprise-scale IAM platforms.
• Strong experience with Entra ID, Azure AD, and Google Cloud IAM.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Ford's enterprise IAM strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead modernization of identity platforms with cloud-native architectures.
• Build and mentor a global platform engineering team delivering 24/7 operations.
• Partner with security, privacy, and compliance to strengthen enterprise resilience.
