Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Customer Identity Platform Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and support Azure AD B2C IAM features for a highly available customer identity platform on Azure. You will work with Ford teams and partners to ensure a secure, premium customer experience and drive operational excellence.

The role requires collaboration across security, applications, and business teams, with a focus on continuous improvement, modern software practices, and on-call coverage to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of IAM experience including MFA and conditional access.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise IAM in large orgs.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Azure AD B2C and related Azure services.
• Proficiency with Dev Enablement tools (e.g., Jira, GitHub, Postman).
• Experience with PowerShell.
• Ability to support 24/7 coverage on a rotating basis.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to design, engineer, deploy, and support new Azure AD B2C features.
• Support tactical and strategic IAM initiatives to improve security posture.
• Develop IAM strategies and roadmaps and maintain dashboards.
• Provide 24/7 operations for requests, incidents, and problems.
• Create and maintain technical docs for architecture and integrations.
