Job summary

Ford Motor Company seeks an Identity Platform Engineering Manager to shape and lead the future of digital trust across its global ecosystem. You will drive strategy, engineering, and operations for Ford's Identity and Access Management platforms spanning workforce, dealers, suppliers, customers, workloads, and AI identities.

You will report to the Senior Director, Global Head of IAM and begin as a strategic individual contributor with the potential to build and lead a global platform engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity or related field.
• 10+ years of experience designing, building, or leading enterprise-scale IAM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Ford's enterprise Identity and Access Management strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Establish identity as a foundational platform enabling growth, customer experiences, and digital innovation.
• Drive Zero Trust adoption across workforce, dealer, supplier, customer, workload, and AI agent ecosystems.
• Partner with cybersecurity, privacy, compliance, and technology leaders to strengthen enterprise resilience through identity-centric controls.
• Lead modernization of Ford's identity platforms using cloud-native architectures and platform engineering practices.
