Qualifications

• 6+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
• Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages.

Responsibilities

• Own the WW AI partner program strategy, setting annual priorities and program streams aligned to AWS Growth Initiatives and AI roadmap.
• Plan, govern and deploy a multi-million dollar WWSO co-investment budget with business cases and spend discipline.
• Lead a virtual team across Partner Marketing and WWSO with clear ownership and cadence.
• Scale flagship partner benefit programs into repeatable sales enablement motions for AWS field teams.
• Partner with WWSO on annual cohort planning and program design and budget decisions.
• Run AI partner presence at flagship events such as re:Invent and Summits with partner stories and sessions.
• Own pipeline reporting and attribution for the program and drive fixes where data breaks.
• Produce monthly business reviews and program scorecards for leadership.
