Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking an AI Identity Architect to partner across technology and business teams to design and govern the integration of Agentic AI, automation and intelligence into EY’s IAM ecosystem. The architect will work with Security Architects, Development Leads, Engineering and Operations to ensure secure, compliant AI-enabled IAM.

Qualifications

• 12+ years IT experience with emphasis on security
• 6+ years in hands-on IAM roles
• 2+ years implementing AI/ML in identity systems

Responsibilities

• Partner with Architecture, Information Security, Client Technology and Enterprise Technology teams to embed AI-driven capabilities into the IAM strategy
• Architect AI-augmented solutions that enhance intelligence, automation and adaptive capabilities of IAM platforms
• Define architectural standards and patterns for AI-assisted IAM across on-prem, hybrid and cloud environments
• Establish guardrails and governance models for safe deployment of AI in business teams
• Define identity management strategies for AI agents, including life cycles, entitlements and ownership
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leadership on Agentic AI to identity operations and risk reduction
• Collaborate with data and platform teams to align with enterprise AI governance
