• 12+ years of practical IT experience.
• 8+ years in hands-on Identity & Access Management roles.
• 2+ years implementing or architecting AI/ML Identity systems.

Responsibilities

• Embed AI-driven capabilities into the enterprise IAM strategy across business and security teams.
• Architect AI-augmented IAM solutions for intelligence, automation and adaptive capabilities.
• Define architectural standards and patterns for AI-assisted IAM across on-prem, hybrid and cloud.
• Establish governance models for safe deployment of AI and agents across business teams.
• Define agent identity models and lifecycle policies for AI agents and owners.
