Job summary

EY is seeking an AI Identity Architect to partner across technology and business teams, designing and governing the integration of Agentic AI into EY’s IAM ecosystem. You will align requirements with security standards, build roadmaps with architects and service owners, and drive secure AI-enabled identity capabilities across on-prem, hybrid and cloud environments.

The role demands strong expertise in IAM platforms, AI architectures and governance, with a focus on secure, auditable deployment

Qualifications

• Experience advising clients across environments with roadmaps and migration strategies.
• Hands-on AI/ML experience in IAM or cybersecurity domains.
• Knowledge of agentic AI architectures and IAM governance.

Responsibilities

• Embed AI-driven capabilities into the enterprise IAM strategy, ensuring alignment with security policies and roadmaps.
• Architect AI-augmented solutions to enhance IAM platforms’ intelligence and automation.
• Define architectural standards and patterns for AI-assisted IAM services across on-prem, hybrid and cloud environments.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leadership on applying Agentic AI to identity operations and risk reduction.
• Collaborate with data and platform teams to align with enterprise AI governance and model management.
