EY is seeking an AI Identity Architect to design and govern Agentic AI within EY’s IAM ecosystem. You will partner with Security Architects, Development Leads, Engineering, Operations and other internal teams to ensure secure, compliant, scalable AI-enabled identity services.

You’ll define standards for AI-assisted IAM, integrate adaptive access control, identity analytics and risk-based governance across on-prem, hybrid and cloud environments.

Formación

• Provide architecture guidance and advisory services across environments and systems.
• Experience implementing AI/ML or automation in IAM or cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI architectures and AI orchestration standards.
• Experience with IAM platforms (Entra ID, SailPoint, CyberArk, PlainID) and identity analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Architecture, Information Security, Client Technology, and Enterprise Technology teams to embed AI-driven capabilities into the IAM strategy.
• Architect AI-augmented solutions that enhance global IAM platforms’ intelligence and automation.
• Integrate AI-based features such as adaptive access control and identity analytics into the IAM framework.
• Define architectural standards, frameworks and patterns for AI-assisted IAM services across on-prem, hybrid and cloud environments.
• Establish guardrails and governance models for AI and agentic deployments across EY’s teams.
• Define and enforce identity management strategies for AI agents, including lifecycles and entitlements.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on Agentic AI in identity operations and risk reduction.
• Collaborate with data/platform teams to align with enterprise AI governance.
