EY seeks an AI Identity Architect to partner with Architecture, Security and Enterprise Technology teams to design and govern the integration of Agentic AI into EY’s IAM ecosystem. The role emphasizes secure design, standards, and alignment with EY’s technology strategies across on‑prem, hybrid and cloud environments.

The ideal candidate will have extensive IAM and security experience, hands‑on AI/ML in identity systems, and a proven ability to translate business requirements into technical IAM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Assurance, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 12+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in information security.
• 6+ years in hands-on Identity & Access Management.
• 2+ years implementing or architecting AI/ML Identity systems.
• Experience designing AI-augmented IAM architectures and governance.

Responsabilités

• Embed AI-driven capabilities into the enterprise IAM strategy
• Architect AI-augmented IAM solutions across on-prem, hybrid and cloud
• Define architectural standards and governance for AI-assisted IAM services
• Lead security controls, guardrails and risk-reduction for non-human identities
• Collaborate with data/platform teams to align with AI governance and model management frameworks
