Job summary

EY is seeking an AI Identity Architect to partner across technology and business teams, designing and governing the integration of Agentic AI and automation into EY’s IAM ecosystem. The role aligns business, security, and operational requirements with technical IAM capabilities across on-prem, hybrid and cloud environments, delivering scalable identity solutions.

• 12+ years of practical IT experience is required.
• 8+ years in hands-on Identity & Access Management roles.
• 2+ years implementing or architecting AI/ML Identity systems.

Responsibilities

• Embed AI-driven capabilities into enterprise IAM strategy across architecture and security teams.
• Architect AI-augmented solutions for enhanced IAM intelligence, automation and adaptability.
• Define standards and patterns for AI-assisted IAM services across on-prem, hybrid and cloud environments.
• Govern safe deployment of AI/agentic systems with auditable controls and governance.
