Job summary

EY in the United States seeks an AI Identity Architect to partner across technology and business teams, designing and governing the integration of Agentic AI into EY’s IAM ecosystem. You will work with Security Architects, Development Leads, and Enterprise Technology to ensure secure, compliant AI-enabled IAM capabilities.

You will translate business and security requirements into technical IAM solutions across on-prem, hybrid and cloud environments, establishing guardrails and governance while

Qualifications

• 12+ years IT experience with 6+ years in IAM roles.
• Experience designing AI/ML identity systems and IAM integration.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks and multi-agent architectures.

Responsibilities

• Embed AI-driven capabilities into enterprise IAM strategy across orgs.
• Architect AI-augmented IAM platforms with on‑prem, hybrid, and cloud.
• Define standards for AI-assisted IAM services.
• Govern safe deployment of AI/agentic systems.
• Collaborate with data/platform teams for AI governance.
