Job summary

EY is seeking an AI Identity Architect to partner across technology and business teams to design and govern the integration of Agentic AI into EY’s IAM ecosystem. The role ensures secure, compliant AI-enabled identity services across on-prem, hybrid and cloud environments.

You will work with Security Architects, Development Leads and Operations to translate requirements into technical IAM capabilities and a roadmap that meets strategic needs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years IT experience with 8+ years in Information Security.
• 6+ years in hands-on Identity & Access Management roles.
• 2+ years implementing AI/ML identity systems.

Responsibilities

• Embed AI-driven capabilities into enterprise IAM strategy.
• Architect AI-augmented IAM platforms with automation.
• Integrate AI-based features into IAM framework.
• Define standards for AI-assisted IAM across environments.
• Establish governance for AI deployments.
• Define identity management strategies for AI agents.
• Advise senior leadership on Agentic AI in identity ops.
• Coordinate with data/platform teams for AI governance.
