Job summary

EY is seeking an AI Identity Architect to partner across technology and business teams, designing and governing the integration of Agentic AI into EY’s IAM ecosystem. The role ensures secure, compliant AI-enabled identity services across on-prem, hybrid and cloud environments.

You will define standards, guardrails and roadmaps, collaborate with security, architecture and platform teams, and advise senior leadership on Agentic AI applications in identity operations and risk reduction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Assurance or related field.
• 12+ years in IT with 8+ years in Identity & Access Management.
• Experience architecting AI/ML Identity systems and governance.

Responsibilities

• Embed AI-driven capabilities into the enterprise IAM strategy across business teams.
• Architect AI-augmented IAM solutions with adaptive capabilities.
• Define governance, standards and patterns for AI-assisted IAM services across on‑prem, hybrid and cloud.
