Job summary

EY is seeking an AI Identity Architect to partner across technology and business teams, designing and governing the integration of Agentic AI into EY’s IAM ecosystem. You’ll ensure secure design, IAM standards alignment and collaboration with security, development, and operations teams to deliver scalable, auditable identity solutions.

You will drive architectural guardrails, life-cycle modeling for AI agents, and governance across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments while advising

Qualifications

• 12+ years of practical IT experience with 8+ years in Information Security.
• 6+ years in hands-on Identity & Access Management roles.
• 2+ years implementing or architecting AI/ML Identity systems.

Responsibilities

• Embed AI-driven capabilities into EY's IAM strategy across enterprise platforms.
• Architect AI-augmented solutions to enhance IAM intelligence, automation and adaptability.
• Define standards, patterns and governance for AI-enabled IAM across on-prem, hybrid and cloud environments.
• Advise senior leadership on Agentic AI applications to identity operations and risk reduction.
