Job summary

EY seeks an AI Identity Architect to partner across technology and business teams, designing and governing the integration of Agentic AI, automation, and intelligence into EY’s IAM ecosystem. The architect will ensure secure, compliant IAM capabilities aligned with EY’s security strategies across on-prem, hybrid and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Assurance, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 12+ years IT experience; 8+ years in Information Security.
• 6+ years in hands-on Identity & Access Management positions.
• 2+ years implementing or architecting AI/ML Identity systems.
• Ability to articulate complex AI and identity concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Architecture, Information Security, Client Technology, and Enterprise Technology teams to embed AI-driven capabilities into the IAM strategy.
• Architect AI-augmented solutions that enhance the IAM platforms’ intelligence and automation.
• Define architectural standards and patterns for AI-assisted IAM services across on-prem, hybrid and cloud.
• Establish guardrails and governance models for safe deployment of AI and agentic systems.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leadership on Agentic AI in identity operations.
