EY is seeking an AI Identity Architect to design and govern the integration of Agentic AI into EY's IAM ecosystem. You will partner across security, architecture and business teams to ensure secure, policy-aligned AI-enabled identity services across on‑prem, hybrid and cloud environments.

You bring 12+ years in IT (8+ IAM) and hands-on AI/ML in security, with strong communication skills to influence leadership and drive risk‑reduced adoption of AI in identity operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Assurance, CS, or related field.
• 12+ years IT experience; 8+ years IAM
• 2+ years implementing AI/ML Identity systems
• Experience designing or governing Agentic AI for workflow orchestration or decision automation.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Architecture, Information Security, Client Technology, and Enterprise Technology teams to embed AI-driven capabilities into the IAM strategy.
• Architect AI-augmented solutions to enhance IAM platforms’ intelligence and automation.
• Architect and integrate AI-based features into the IAM framework.
• Define architectural standards, frameworks and patterns for AI-assisted IAM services across on-prem, hybrid and cloud environments.
• Establish architectural guardrails and governance models for AI deployment across EY’s business teams.
• Define and enforce identity management strategies tailored for AI agents, including life cycles, entitlements, and owner relationships.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on AI in identity operations and risk reduction.
• Partner with data and platform teams for alignment with AI governance.
