Job summary

EY is seeking an AI Identity Architect to partner across technology and business teams to design and govern AI-driven IAM capabilities across EY’s global IAM ecosystem. The architect will translate security and operational requirements into scalable IAM solutions for AI agents, with lifecycle, entitlements, and access governance at the core.

The role requires deep IAM, AI/ML in security, and strong executive-level communication.

Qualifications

• 12+ years IT security experience.
• 8+ years in hands-on Identity & Access Management positions.
• 2+ years implementing AI/ML Identity systems.
• Experience designing AI/agentic IAM governance.

Responsibilities

• Embed AI-driven capabilities into IAM strategy across on-prem, hybrid and cloud.
• Architect AI-augmented IAM platforms for intelligence and automation.
• Define standards, guardrails and governance for AI deployments.
• Communicate security requirements to development teams.
