Job summary

EY seeks an AI Identity Architect to partner across technology and business teams to design and govern AI-augmented IAM solutions. You will ensure secure alignment with EY’s IAM standards while translating business requirements into technical capabilities for identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, and access provisioning.

The role demands deep expertise in AI, IAM platforms, and governance, with the ability to communicate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven architecture guidance to clients for various environments and systems (blueprints, roadmaps, migrations).
• Extensive AI/ML/automation experience within IAM or cybersecurity domains.
• Experience with AI orchestration standards and MCP or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI architectures and multi-agent systems.
• Strong IAM platform experience (Entra ID, SailPoint, CyberArk, PlainID).
• Ability to articulate security requirements to development teams.
• Ability to communicate with management at all levels, in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Embed AI-driven capabilities into the enterprise IAM strategy, aligned with business goals and security policies.
• Architect AI-augmented solutions to enhance IAM platforms’ intelligence and automation.
• Integrate AI-based features into the IAM framework (adaptive access, analytics).
• Define standards and patterns for AI-assisted IAM services across on‑premises, hybrid and cloud.
• Establish guardrails and governance for safe deployment of AI and agents.
• Define identity management strategies for AI agents and their lifecycles and entitlements.
• Advise senior leadership on Agentic AI applications in identity operations and risk reduction.
• Collaborate with data and platform teams to align with enterprise AI governance.
