Job summary

EY is seeking an AI Identity Architect to partner with Architecture, Information Security, and Enterprise Technology teams to design AI-driven IAM capabilities across on‑prem, hybrid and cloud environments. You will translate business and security requirements into scalable IAM solutions that are secure, compliant and auditable.

You’ll set architectural guardrails, drive governance for Agentic AI deployments, and collaborate with data and platform teams to align with EY’s AI governance.

Qualifications

• Proven architecture guidance and advisory services across environments and systems.
• Extensive experience with AI/ML in IAM or cybersecurity domains.
• Experience with IAM platforms and identity analytics.

Responsibilities

• Embed AI-driven capabilities into the enterprise IAM strategy across on‑prem, hybrid and cloud.
• Architect AI-augmented solutions for enhanced IAM intelligence and automation.
• Define standards and patterns for AI-assisted IAM services.
• Govern safe deployment of AI and Agentic agents with auditable processes.
• Advise leadership on Agentic AI applications to identity operations and risk.
