Job summary

EY is seeking an AI Identity Architect to partner across technology and business teams, designing and governing the integration ofAgentic AI into EY’s IAM ecosystem. The role focuses on aligning AI-enabled Identity services with security standards and EY’s strategic roadmaps, spanning on-prem, hybrid and cloud environments.

You will guide senior leadership on Agentic AI deployments, collaborate with security and development teams, and drive governance that ensures secure, compliant identity

Qualifications

• Architect AI-augmented IAM solutions across on-prem, hybrid and cloud.
• 12+ years IT security experience; 6+ years IAM; 2+ years AI/ML in Identity.
• Strong communication with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Architecture, Information Security, Client Technology, and Enterprise Technology teams to embed AI-driven capabilities into the enterprise IAM strategy.
• Architect AI-augmented solutions that enhance the global IAM platforms’ intelligence, automation and adaptive capabilities.
• Architect and integrate AI-based features into the IAM framework across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments.
• Define architectural standards, frameworks and patterns for AI-assisted IAM services across on-prem, hybrid and cloud environments.
• Establish architectural guardrails and governance models for safe and auditable deployment of AI and Agentic agents across EY’s business teams.
